VR Education Holdings plc (AIM: VRE; Euronext Growth: 6VR), a leading virtual reality ('VR') technology company focused on the education space, announces that it was today notified that Richard Cooper, Non-Executive Chairman, bought 70,400 ordinary shares in the Company on 11 March 2019 at a price of 10p pence per share, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Richard Cooper now holds 1,070,400 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital.
