VR Education Holdings plc (AIM: VRE; ESM: 6VR), a leading virtual reality ('VR') technology company focused on the education space, announces that on 21 May 2018 Mike Boyce, a Non-Executive Director, bought 499,942 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16 pence per share, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
Prior to this purchase of shares, Mike Boyce held nil ordinary shares in the Company.
