VR Education Holdings plc, a leading virtual reality ('VR') technology company focused on the education space, is pleased to announce the appointment of Loren Carpenter as an advisor to the Company.

Mr Carpenter, who is one of the founders of Pixar Animation Studios, has decades of experience and has influenced the movie industry through the invention of cinema-quality digital image synthetises for animation and visual effects. Examples of this include the co-invention of the Reyes rendering algorithm which is used in 3D computer graphics to render photo-realistic images, and as one of the authors of the PhotoRealistic RenderMan, a software used to render all of Pixar's movies.

Mr Carpenter has been the recipient of numerous rewards, including the Academy Award for his significant achievements in the field of motion picture rendering.

The Directors believe that Mr Carpenters experience and expertise will be prove to be extremely valuable to the Company.
